Radical Body Acceptance — Sensation Over Appearance

Body acceptance isn't the same as body love. You don't have to love your body every moment. You just have to stop being at war with it. This section gives you the practices to build a new relationship — based on presence, curiosity, and sensation — that makes pleasure accessible regardless of how you feel about your reflection.

Radical Body Acceptance

Moving beyond body neutrality into full acceptance — not of what your body looks like, but of what it is: a living, sensing, experiencing body that deserves pleasure. The distinction between accepting your body and approving of every part of it.

PRACTICE

Exercise: The Body Acceptance Practice

Three tools: the 10-second inner critic disruption (hand on body, one breath, "This is an old story"), a 1-minute sensation focus anchoring practice (weight on chair, breath in ribs, temperature of skin), and written reflection on which critical thoughts appear most — and when. One small shift to carry into this week.

Time Under Pleasure — Redefining the Goal

Transformation in sexuality doesn't happen through performance — it happens through time spent experiencing pleasure. What if the goal of intimacy was simply to increase your Time Under Pleasure? This video dismantles goal-oriented sex and replaces it with experience-centred intimacy.

PRACTICE

Exercise: Time Under Pleasure Worksheet

Four steps: question the invisible rules about what sex must look like, reconnect with what genuinely feels good (sensations, touch, rhythm, energy — not outcomes), identify the activities that give you the most Time Under Pleasure (slow kissing, skin-on-skin, sensual massage, playful teasing), and imagine a pleasure-centred sex life. One shift to try this week.
